Commissions are one of my favorite things about running my own business. I love being able to help bring someone else's vision to life. A creation that will be used to tell great stories or simply look beautiful on a shelf. While I have Dice and Miniature commissions listed below, if there is something else you would like help creating, please reach out to me and I'll see what I can do!

1. You contact me using the form below. The more detailed the description, the most accurate a quote I can give you. We can iron out the ideas together too.

2. Taking all the information we've discussed, I will send you a project brief and inspiration board. The inspiration board is mostly for me to create the brief, but I like sharing it too. The brief will have a very loose idea of what your finished commission will look like, as well as the quoted price.

3. After you've approved of the creative brief, I will begin working on your commission. No need to pay at this time.

4. During the creation process, I will keep you updated on how things are going and give progress reports. I do allow for TWO (2) FREE major revisions on minis and TWO (2) FREE repours on dice (I will do separate testing for dice if need be). Any major revisions or repours after that will have an additional charge ($25 USD per repour/major revision).

5. When I am finished with the commission, I will take pictures and videos of the final product, doing my utmost care to show your commission in the best light possible.

6. Once you are happy with everything, I will send you a link to a product listing here on my website that you will pay the full commission price for. If there as been any major adjustments to the pricing from the quoted price, I will inform you ahead of time.

7. You will have TWO (2) weeks to pay the commission IN FULL before I ship out the commission. If you fail to pay for the commission in this time, you will be forfeiting the commission to me.

8. After paying for the commission, I will package everything up carefully and get it shipped off to you within 3-5 business days (this is to account for weekends and any postal holidays). 

9. You receive the happy mail! All I ask is that you leave me a review or email me a testimonial rating your satisfaction as this can help me out a lot.

When are your commission open? 
Always. Unless there is a family emergency or I am sick, my commissions are almost always open. I will shut them down if I'm being overloaded with commission and/or printing requests, but this is rare. I will always list at the top of this page AND on my home page "announcements" section if commissions are closed.

Is there anything you won't do for commissions? 
Yes. There aren't many, but I'll list the few that are things I won't do.

• Anything remotely racist, fascist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. - This honestly shouldn't have to be said, but I feel like I need to include it as I am very open in the kinds of commissions I will do.

• Petri Style Pours - Unfortunately, this is not a technique that likes to work with me, so I won't work with it. If I ever get this technique down, I'll remove it from the list.

• Human Teeth - I absolutely refuse to do anything involving human teeth. I don't mind working with resin teeth or animal teeth, but absolutely no human teeth.

• New Masters/Custom Dice - While this is not a hard no, any new masters/custom dice designs will take longer and cost more. This is something you'd have to be very serious about and willing to be patient with in order to achieve the correct results.

In conclusion, please know that I may have to turn certain requests down if you are looking for a technique/insert that I am unfamiliar with. 

How much do your commissions cost?
The starting prices listed below are just that, a starting price. For the dice specifically, these prices are based on if you are wanting me to recreate a design I have already created before. If you want something more custom, the price goes up. The average cost of dice commissioned from me is $100-250 USD.

For miniature commissions, this price can be extremely varied, based on what it is you are exactly looking for. All prices are listed below, and will some discussion, I can give you a better price. The average cost of miniatures commissioned from me is $50-200 USD.

How do custom designs work?
Custom designs can be anything like creating a set based on your character or creating a design that I haven't done before. I will ask you a series of questions to help get a better idea of what you are looking for, as well as I may ask for inspiration images/character art. When it comes to miniature painting, I highly encourage and request either character art or inspiration images that I can pull from to help deliver the best possible results to you.

How long does it take to get my commissioned dice?
I do my absolute best to get commissions shipped off as soon as possible. Being a small business owner AND a stay-at-home parent can make it difficult to get things out the door quickly. To be safe, I typically say within 4-6 weeks, but I do my best to get things out the door sooner. While I cannot guarantee a delivery date, please reach out to me to see if I can get something done by a certain time.

ART TRADES ARE CURRENTLY: CLOSED

Art Trades are another thing I truly love about running my business. Being able to share my goods with other artists/creators, while receiving something of theirs is a great feeling. I run Art Trades similarly to how I run commissions, but instead of trading goods for money, I am trading goods for goods. Please note that I will only trade physical goods for physical goods, unless you are willing to pay for shipping. If you are US based, I will be willing to trade digital art for a physical item. If you are OUTSIDE of the US, you'd have to pay for shipping if you want to trade with digital art.

THE PROCESS

   1. I can either make custom designs or a design that I have already made in my shop.

2. Taking all the information we've discussed, I will send you a project brief and inspiration board. The inspiration board is mostly for me to create the brief, but I like sharing it too. The exception is if you have chosen a design that I have already created.

3. After you've approved of the creative brief, I will begin working on your art trade.

4. During the creation process, I will keep you updated on how things are going and give progress reports. For trades, I don't mind doing repours as I want you to enjoy the trade, but I will not do more than ONE (1) repour. 

5. When I am finished with the art trade, I will take pictures and videos of the final product, doing my utmost care to show your trade in the best light possible.

6. Once you are happy with everything, I will package up the item and get your shipping information. With art trades, I typically will pay to ship to you, with the expectation that you will pay to ship to me. If you are a digital artist that is looking to trade, I will only accept if you are willing to pay for shipping (this applies to OUTSIDE of the US only).

   1. Excluding creation and processing time, it will take at most 1-3 days to ship the product, not including postal holidays. I request that we both wait to ship until both of us are done with the trade products, so that no one has to worry about getting ripped off.

Below, you’ll find a bunch of different items that you can purchase. These are Made to Order items. As the name suggests, these products are not currently made and you’ll need to wait for them. I consider these to be “mini commissions” due to the fact that I have to make them, just like any other commission, however, we don’t have to have as in-depth discussions as a full custom commission.

Some minimal customization, like choosing a specific color, is allowed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Made to Order items to ship! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I will do my best to keep you informed in where I’m at in the process.

For dice, simply choose the set style that you want. Within the listing, there are examples of different designs that you can choose from, priced according to the design. Once you purchase the item, I’ll get to work on your dice!

For 3D Printed objects, these will be printed in the order that I receive them. If no color is stated, prints will be done in Bambu Labs Matte Charcoal. If you have also purchased another Made to Order product, the order won’t ship out until your entire order is ready to go.
